T-test, one-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used in the analyzes. In addition, in the first part of the analysis, Pearson Correlation Coefficient technique was used to determine whether the relationship between variables was significant. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that the taekwondo and football groups, which are the branches of the athletes, differ significantly (p <0.05) for the variables of mental performance and interpersonal skills. According to another finding obtained in the study, the relationships of experience variables in sports with research variables are significant (p <0.05) and positive. Another finding obtained from the study is that when we look at the averages of the Sub-Dimensions of the Mental Training Inventory Scale, it is seen that the highest scores in all variables, followed by the youth and finally the stars.
