Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to examine the relationships between the tactical skills used by amateur and professional league football players and their maximum performance levels. Licensed football players who play actively in the Turkish Football Leagues at amateur and professional levels participated in the research. The universe of the research is limited to the men's and women's teams between the ages of 18-38 playing licensed amateur and professional in Turkish leagues. To measure the tactical skills of football players, the "Tactical Skills Inventory in Sports (TSIS)" adapted and developed into Turkish by Yarayan et al., (2019) and the "Perfect Performance Level in Sports Scale (PPS-S) applied by Esentaş et al., (2020) " used. Findings were first recorded in the spss program, Anova and t-test wet-tests for comparisons between different groups, and correlation tests were used to examine the relationships between variables. The findings that emerged as a result of the statistical analysis were presented and interpreted in the form of tables. Based on the results obtained in the research, the current domestic and foreign literature was supported by scanning and discussion-result parts were created. According to the findings of the study, 25.9% of the athletes participating in the study were female and 74.1% were male; While the mean age of female football players was 20.06±3.18 years, the average age of male football players was 23.34±5.62 years. Of the female and male athletes participating in the study, 16.3% are professional athletes and 83.7% are amateur football players. When the education levels of the athletes were examined, significant differences were found among those with different education levels (p<0.05). According to the results, it was determined that 58.6% of the highest distribution were high school graduates, followed by 37.4% with undergraduate education. When the licensed active play periods of the athletes participating in the current study were examined, significant differences were found between the athletes playing football in different year intervals (p<0.05). There is a significant difference between the tactical skills sub-dimensions and the total scores of female and male football players in sports. Similarly, it is seen that men have higher scores than women in maximum performance scores (p<0.05). When the football players were evaluated according to their years of playing licensed football, a significant difference was found between the sub-dimensions of tactical skills in sports and their total scores (p<0.05). When the players are evaluated according to their years of playing licensed football; In all sub-dimensions of tactical skills in sports, it is seen that there is a significant difference between all other groups, according to the scores of the footballers who played football between 1-5 years. In the tools obtained as a result of the research, the number of football players in football and the scores of those who played football between 1 year were completely different with all groups playing football, while the scores that differed in sports did not differ. As a result, it is seen that the increase in the number of years of playing licensed football in amateur and professional league football players is very important in terms of tactical skills. From this point of view, it can be said that increasing the duration of experience by trying to reduce the age of starting sports to earlier ages in female and male football players will contribute significantly to tactical skills, which have a very important place for performance in football.
