Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of this thesis study, ZnO and MgO nanoparticles were produced by the gren synthesis method using the aqueous extract of Ganoderma adspersum macrofungi collected from Kadirli district of Osmaniye province. The produced nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and SEM analyses. The antimicrobial activities of the characterized nanoparticles on various microorganisms (Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC BA1609, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9070, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 49452, Bacillus cereus ATCC, Staphylococcus aureus NCTC 10788, Yersinia enterocolitica ATCC 27729) were investigated. At the end of the research, it was determined that both ZnO and MgO nanoparticles had antimicrobial activity on the tested strains.
