Abstract (EN)

In this process, from the past to the present day, people are trying to build structures that are safe, comfortable and adaptable to the environment. Thanks to the built buildings, the developing technology and the vision, many ideas have been put forward on the designs of your future houses since ancient times. Along with these ideas; With the rapid population growth, pollution of the environment, decrease of natural resources, increase of energy cost, change of comfort needs and leaving the age of the industri and information, the designs of the buildings and their equipment have begun to be different. The changes in these new building designs and building perceptions are improving in parallel with the advancing technology. In the past, the ongoing approaches of the past centuries have been aimed at making people live a more comfortable and more healthier. These approaches were first designed in the 19th century and early in the city scale, and most of them were not able to apply due to technological conditions and social structure inadequacy. In later periods, utopias and projects designed with diminishing urban scale were handled on housing basis. With the development of technology, high-end housing models have been designed and still continue to be designed with new quests. In this process, the existing buildings and the building models designed with new approaches will be examined and the concepts emerged in the design of the future house will be discussed. These concepts will be talked about in the process and the stages of development. This change in housing structure will be analyzed from the beginning to the end.
