Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Aim; The aim of this study is investigate to the effect of the clorhexidine glukonate and ozone which using for eliminating to the microorganisms from cavity related on the bond strenght with up to day restorative materials (Composite, silorane) after the mechanical preparation of infected dentine. Materials and Methods; At the our study we used 90 third molar teeth whith carierand restoration free. All of the teeth were embeded to the auto polimerisan acryl in the sylindirical cover which were at the 2 cm diameter - 3 cm height as occlusal surface facing paralel with ground. Samples were wear away till smooth dentine appear. Samples randomly divided 3 main group (n: 30). After that each group divided 3 sub groups (n: 10). At the first group Chlorhexidine applied to the dentinal surface (Ceraxidin-C), at the second group ozon (Prozone ) applied, the third group nothing applied to the dentinal surface group prepared as a control group. Sub groups restorated with three different restorative materials as in the 3 mm – 4mm diameter silicone transparen cavers (Filtek Silorane, Gradia Direct, Quıxfil). Control group restorated without apply disinfectant. In the Instron Universal test machine power applied as 1mm/minute speed till restoration broken from sample. Data recorded as a MPa. Fracture tips estabilished on the broken samples surface with stereo microscope 40X magnification. Results; Statistical data didn't show normal dispers according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test due to that Non parametric test Kruskal Wallis Varyans analysis used for compare groups. Bonferroni Corrected Mann-Whitney U test for inspect groups two by two. Statistically bond strenght were different among groups (P<0,05). It was concluded that chlorhexidine can be use before restorative materials application due to it isn't effect to the bond strenght as statistically when compare chlorhexidine applied groups with control group. Conclusion;It was concluded that Ozone application is effecting to the bond strenght as statistically when compare control group it is showed low bond strenght due to that we have to close ozone application with doubt. For ozone application It is concluded that more in vitro / in vivo research necessarily for clarify reasons. Key Words: Ozone, chlorhexidine, bond strenght, composite.
