Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to compare the mineral substance ingredients of Allium cepa (onion), Allium sativum (garlic) and Solanum tuberosum (potato) corps which are grown by using dung, chemical and organic fertilizer. Study is done in four plots which are designed on open land. In first plot nothing is done and it is used for control group. In second plot dung (cattle and sheep), in third plot organic fertilizer and in fourth plot chemical fertilizer are used. Also in order to compare some plants are planted in two plot in greenhouse. In first plot nothing is done, in second plot organic fertilizer is used. The plants which are grown in open land are analysed by using ICP-OES instrument and mineral substances which they have are calculated in ppm type. Besides plants bought from market also analysed, but no differences is found between plants bought from market and plants which are grown by using fertilizer. During growing period, any illness problem didn?t determined. Keywords: potato, onion, garlic, organic agricultur, fertilizer.
