Abstract (EN)

Income distribution is not contained only by economic terms. In the nature ofeconomy policy, there is numerical benefit mission as well as income distribution. The biggest problem, which comes out as the result of this interaction is theviolence. Imbalance of income distribution increases the mistrust in society bycausing extreme enrichment or extreme poverty. Violence, which is fed by this socialmistrust, has been surfaced by globalization. Although, income distributioncharacteristics and social expectations between states and locations are different fromeach other, violence surfaces as the common ground of injustice income. While violence sometimes comes out as the main reason for wars betweencountries, sometimes it can come out as individual or regional chaos. Somehow, interaction between income distribution and violence triggers each other. On the onehand, imbalanced income distribution causes violence; on the other hand, chaoscaused by violence leads to imbalanced income distribution. As the result of theviolence incident, one side gets more power while other side gets weaker. Thus, interaction between income distribution and violence becomes paradoxical. These two concepts, income distribution and violence, are the commonproblems of all nations. Nations must develop socio-economic policy in order toannihilate imbalanced income distribution. Of course, developing proper policy forthis problem is not enough. Since another trigger for this paradox is highunemployment rate in underdeveloped countries, nations should have enoughproduction and manufacturing tools in order to respond people?s demands. At thatpoint, Turkey is an important example. Imparity on the national income distribution, production fields with not effective tax policies, unregistered economy causeimparity on income distribution and thus reveals the violence. Crime age ratesincrease and social discomfort goes beyond the limits. While national development policies are forming, these realities should not beneglected. By improving production factors, new employment fields should be builtand unregistered economy should be taken under the control. Illegal incomes shouldbe stopped by providing proper tax policy.Welfare level of the nation should be increased and global developmentstandards should be caught. Otherwise, mistrust and chaos inside the nation willintensify. Moreover; intensity of socio-economic earthquake will increase to anundesired point.
