Abstract (EN)
The airborne pollen amounts and variations in the atmosphere of Ganja (Azerbaijan) were determined by gravimetric method with a Durham sampler between 1 July 2017 - 1 July 2018. As a result of this study, a total of 38 628 polen/cm2 (38 691 identified and unidentified 63) determined to belong to 32 taxa. Of these, 19 taxa recorded as belonging to arboreal plants (93,19%) and 13 of them recorded as belonging to non-arboreal plants (6,65%). Dominated pollen grains (more than 1%) in the yearly pollen spectrum of Ganja atmosphere were identified as Cupressaceae / Taxaceae (51,75%), Platanus sp. (26,91 %), Pinus sp. (9,92%), Poaceae (3,08%), Chenopodiaceae / Amaranthaceae (2,30%). Highest pollen concentration was detected in March in the atmosphere of Ganja.
