Abstract (EN)

Efficient, economical and constant use of energy is one of the most important issues that show the development level of countries. Issues such, as efficient energy use and energy saving have become a rising trend due to environmental and economic problems caused by greenhouse gas emissions. Turkey is above the world average in energy consumption and Turkey is dependent on foreign countries to ensure that energy. This situation increases the value of efficient use of energy in our country. The green energy trend shows itself in our country with energy-saving products each year. These products are becoming widespread in residences and public buildings today. In this study, it is aimed to save energy consumed for heating in houses and especially public buildings. There are many rooms in public buildings for the personal or common use of many people. When the heating is provided by a central system, the rooms can be at various temperatures depending on their size and their placement in the building. This scope of paper; An electronic valve will be installed on every radiator determined in the building, and a heat sensor and control mechanism, including the designated areas in the room. With the Android application that users download to their smartphones and the wearable smart devices integrated into the main panel, the system provides the adjustment of the temperature according to the wishes of each room user. As a result of this study, the radiators of each room in the building are controlled to ensure that the temperature distribution in the building is as equal as possible. With the implementation of the study, the comfort level of the users increased and savings between 20% and 35% were achieved in the energy used for heating.
