Abstract (EN)
In this study, the electrical ekscavators working in open pits of Western LigniteEnterprise to determine whether loading parameters is under control or not. Fort this purpose,the process stability and capability of the overburden trucks with the payload of 170 shorttonnes capacity were investigated for the year 2005. Proces stability analysis was carried out bytaking the average and the range control charts. Proces capability analysis was also realized byconsidering capability indexesIn 2005, the loading parameters of electrical excavators were found to be instable andincapable in comparison with the year 2006. Some works were realized in order to make theprocess stable and capable. Therefore, all mine workers were taken under the education processtwice.Key Words: Control Chart, Method of Statistical Process Control, Process Capability, ProcessCapability Indexes, Process Stability
