Abstract (EN)

Particularly; the silver nanoparticles are known for its anti-microbial properties can also be used as conductive ink, adhesives for different electronics due to its unique electronic and optical properties. As well known, these applications require smaller nano particle formation. Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles is more preferred because other reducing agents contain some disadvantages such as expensive and highly toxic. A response surface methodology based desirability function approach has been firstly applied to achieve the desired size of silver nanoparticles with green synthesis methods. For this purpose; glucose/AgNO3 ratios, reaction temperature and pH of mixture has been selected as factors effect on the size of silver nanoparticles. The result shows that the higher glucose/AgNO3 ratios cause AgNPs production with low variance. It is notable that the 89,3% improvement rates on standard deviation of particle size distribution in AgNPs manufacturing process obtained after utilizing proposed methodology. The results also show that the minimization of the nano material production variance should be performed to obtain high quality and large scale manufacturing process.
