Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the agronomic and chemical components of thyme species grown naturally in Ermenek region by taking culture. In the study, collected in Ermenek Region, 4 Origanum dubium 1 Origanum husnucan-baserii, 4 Origanum saccatum, 2 Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum, 3 Satureja cilicica, 4 Thymbra spicata and 7 Thymus sipyleus samples were used as material. The trial was carried out in 2014, 2015 and 2016 for 3 years in the garden of Ermenek Vocational School and in 2015 and 2016 for 2 years in the Research Field of the Field Crops Department of Çukurova University. In the study, plant height (cm), number of branches (number / plant), green herb yield (g / plant), dry herb yield (g / plant), dry leaf yield (g / the essential oil components (%) were determined.
