Instructions impressions concerning the education implications based on restructuring approach in the visual arts course

The world is inside of consistently evolotions. It needs to people who can absorb innovations and improvements furthermore they should be aware of their responsibities. Knowledge and believes are transfered to people, is not enough to make a society reach level of modern societies. Visual arts lesson has importance in our culture like other cultures have. Visual arts are sensitive side of our soul. It makes us emotional. Visual arts help people to find out themselves' originality, creative imaginations and dreams. It is a way to show dreams and make them real. Visual arts are neutral furthermore they do not orient people. Nor do their imagines restrict. Life could not be imagine without art, moreover our imaginations's has a stage in our mind. Also image is concerning art. There are aesthetic anxienties on all sides of our life. If vısual arts have a systematic program in education, it makes a positive effect to students life. Vısual arts take into consideration students' psychology. The growth periods of children have so different levels and every level has a great importance for their iv development. We have to know these periods and we should focus on theirs life, it is our duty.. These levels are concrete also abstrack too. Psychological and biological developments keep on together when children are thinking, speaking or forming an opinion. During this process, their education should support theirs development. Students learn how they express themselves, and how represent these attitudes The aim of this research expose teachers thoughts about educational applications of constructivism. In this resarch, 23 classroom teachers was interviewed from7 primary education schools of The Ministry of National Education in Eskisehir. First level of visual arts education (Paint- Work) was focused on in this resarch. These resarch's data was collected by using half constructive method, which is one of qualitative research, to reveal of teachers' opinions completely. Descriptive analysis method was used to analyse data. Findings was presented by numerical. Interview questions which are about lesson planning of visual arts (that's aggreable with constructivism), was formed by researcher. These questions are able to expose of theachers thoughts about constructivism at visual arts. Also this resarch questions tried to establish if lessons were taught according to constructivism or not. As to findings of resarch, considerable part of teachers have positive thoughts about constructivism however some of teachers think that constructivism is a useless method. Nevertheless a part of teachers adressed that they faced to a lot of problems when they try to lecture lesson in respect of constructivism. Mentioned problems are lacking of equipment,atelier, teachers' haven't got information about constructivism enough, activites are not appropriate for students ages, lacking branch teachers, so many repetitions and parents are not interested in visual arts lessons enough. v Teachers had exposed theirs opinions about how these lessons teach students more succesfully also.
