Abstract (EN)

Together with the developments in the agricultural sector, which constitutes an important part of our national income, it is necessary to increase the productivity in the cultivated areas and ensure that our rapidly growing population can be provided with adequate and balanced nutrition. In this research, the machines used in the production of fertilizer spreaders which can perform the fertilization process in the best way and the parts manufactured in these machines were examined. The time consumed during the processing of the parts was determined by a stopwatch and the current value used by the machine was measured with an ammeter. Flow values were calculated using power formulas. Time spent in manufacturing and energy values; for lathe machines min. 40 sec. time and 0,114 kWh. with energy max. 500 sec. time and 2,555 kWh. energy, min. 30 sec. time and 0.160 kWh. with energy max. 35 sec. and 0.426 kWh. energy, min. 15 sec. and 0.011 kWh. with energy max. 40 sec. time and 0.046 kWh. energy, min. 10 sec. time and 0.010 kWh. with energy max. 65 sec. time and 0,186 kWh. energy, press brakes min. 4 sec. time and 0.017 kWh. with energy max. 18 sec. time and 0.244 kWh. energy, min. 1 sec. and 0.002 kWh. with energy max. 9 sec. time and 0.068 kWh. energy, min. 25 sec. time and 0.038 kWh. with energy max. 480 sec. time and 3,872 kWh. energy, min. 25 sec. time and 0,101 kWh. with energy max. 3500 sec. and 12,638 kWh. energy was spent. Total processing time of all manufactured parts is 14496 sec. and the total energy spent is 62,421 kWh. It was found as.
