Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study, Turkey's with European Union (15) the Customs Union Upon completion, the competitiveness of the Turkish manufacturing industry in the EU market, as measured with Balassa Revealed Comparative Advantage is to investigate the changes and developments occurring and evaluate. The data set, SITC Rev.3, consists of export data for 166 commodities in the 3-digit classification, with a time span of 21 years from 1996 to 2016. In this context, studies indicate international competitiveness indices that are calculated in that Turkey does not have the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in most sub-sectors in general.
