Abstract (EN)
The theme of motivation has been researched from the 19th century to the present day, and different theories have been developed and various experiments have been carried out to make a clear decision on how to motivate people. Because human needs and the factors that affect them are different. In this point, the human resources management closely follows the human, determines the needs and motivates the elements that motivate them with different applications. In this study, the concept of motivation and human resources management are conceptually discussed. A database was created by conducting a survey study on people who work in different sectors within the province of Istanbul. Data obtained from the database were analyzed by SPSS program. What are the factors that increase the motivation of the people participating in the questionnaire, the effect of these elements in the management of human resources and the precaution are explained. As a result of the work done, it has been understood that the issue of motivation is the most important issue of human resources management. Since the needs, demographics, social and social conditions of people are different, different motivational elements have been reached as a possible result and given as graduate thesis considering these needs and characteristics in order to obtain high performance from those who work.
