The impact of the Hanefi judgment on modern fatwa (Department of the Financial Transactions) a applied study on Egypt Fatwa Institution

Abstract:I wanted to learn the extent to which contemporary fatwas are affected by the fiqh of this sect, due to the pioneering fiqh of the Hanafi sect, based on ijtihat and rhetoric. While doing this, I examined a group of fatwa issued by the Egyptian Fatwa Institution in the field of financial transactions in the field of '' (sale transactions). Because the ijtihat office in this field is wider and fatwas may vary more depending on the place, time and situation. The Egyptian fatwa encyclopedia is considered an important example in this field because of its size, diversity of issues, and its relevance to many social aspects of life. In this study, I addressed 31 issues. In the study, I presented the fatwa first, then gave the meanings of the words and words related to this fatwa, then explained the issue to make the issue more understandable, and then I conveyed the alliance and disagreement of the Islamic jurists on the subject, and finally, between the fatwa and sectarian views. I made a comparison. At the end of this study; I have come to the conclusion that the Hanafi sect has a great influence on these fatwas.
