Abstract (EN)

Our thesis which is the name of ``Halal Food Criteria in Hanefi Madhhab?? is discussed what are the concepts of halal and haram and the provision of foods in terms of haram-halal.In this situation our thesis consists of four parts: ``Haram-Halal Criteria in Foodstuffs of Animal Origin for Hanafi Madhhab??, ``Haram-Halal Criteria in Foodstuffs of Plant Origin for Hanafi Madhhab??, ``Forbidding Foods Ruling in Case of Obligation for Hanafi Madhhab?? and ``Istihale and Food Additive Substances for Hanafi Madhhabs.??In the first part,we have examined the provision of animal killing and hunting in the Islamic law by focusing on the animal foods that are prohibited to be eaten in the Quran and hadith.In the second part, we have discussed on the halal haram position of beverages, tobacco and drugs which are origins of plantsIn the third part, we have mentioned about the provision of forbidden foods in cease of necessity and if it is permissible in some positions to treat with forbidden foods.In the fourth part, we have examined the other materials that are changed genetically and includes additive substances by stating under the ``Istihale and Food Additive Substances for Hanafi Madhhabs?? how much substance changes with İstihale and the difference between of new substance and substance which is added and is not suitable for Islam.
