Abstract (EN)

In the study we tried to find the levels of the professionalism of nurses who work in 9 (nine) public hospitals, starting from the occupational value. As the scale of the study "professional values of hospital nurses" is used. At research, data were transferred to the computer with data collection instruments.Data was analyzed with the help of statistical package program SPSS21.0.At data analysis, number, percentage, mean, standard deviation is used and a 5 % significance level is taken as the criterion. In the study,score that nurses working in hospitals received from the professional value scale(HPDO) grouped as age, education level, total working years in the profession, total working years in the institution, their respective units,their work position and the meaningfulness of their averages has compared. In conclusion at the study nurses who worked at the hospital were found to have high levels of professionalism Keywords :Hospital, Nursing Proffesionalism, Professionalism
