Increasing quality studies in the hospitals and effects of ISO 9001 : 2000 quality managment system application on patient satisfaction in Kütahya SSK Hospital

VI ABSTRACT This worlds planned in three parts. İn first part health services and the definition of healt administrations and their characteristic are mentioned. Health service is defined as treatment and care service and it is mentioned as presented together but also two seperate services. The exemples of healt system and applications in Türkiye are given. Classic management models of health administrations and deficiencies of these models are being trying to put forward here. İn second part the suitable Management models for giving modern, productive, in existing conditions, qualified health service of health administrations, İSO (international Standarts Organization) Standarts and Quality Guarente Systems, İSO 9000:2000 Quality Management System, JACHO Acreditation System, Total Quality Management are defined and application conditions of these management models are discussed here. İn the condition of one of Quality Management models is applied it isdefended that increase of quality and also according to it, patient/customer satisfaction will increase. İn third part increasing quality/passing studies of Quality Management System in Kütahya SSK Hospital are mentioned and the outcomes of these are evaluated with the measuring quastionnaire of patient satisfaction
