Abstract (EN)
Production of Health Services and offers uses high technology and techniques with high speed, development and popularity, this directs the hospitals to use technology dense services with effects of behaviour of hospital managements. The hospitals who uses high technology with high effectivity to the service of quality with high technology the finance problems comes up. In our country and in different countries the raises of health service cost, finance techniques have been questioned and the hospitals are trying to catch the opportunities of incomes chances.In this study, Istanbul city hospitals the technological structure development and continuity of high technology, finance judgement and the fort the time being how the work continuos are studied.
