Airport terminal management and application of Konya Airport

As the world civil aviation increased in late years a sudden improvementobserved in our country also. This situation also affected the airports and terminalswhich are important parts of an air transportation. These facilities which requiresgreat amount of money to keep operational hides great importance for the effectiveusage of national resources.In this thesis for these airports and terminals how management set up andwho manage and for our country for regional aviation improvement how militaryairports are used for.For this purpose first of all as being the most important part of airportsand terminals generally explained in theoretically with their notions, sorting,divisions and missions. Some other terminals in different countries are studied.After the factors that leads the terminal management and organizationalstructure explained. The status of terminal management in Turkey are studied.In the last chapter to improve the regional air transportation militaryairport usage which has a wide usage like Konya Airport terminal management ofthis airport set examined.
