Abstract (EN)

Businesses that want to survive under the rapidly changing technological conditions of the globalizing world use the concept of corporate social responsibility intensively. This fact is also important in terms of internal customer satisfaction. The main purpose of the study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility projects carried out in aviation enterprises on internal customer satisfaction. A research was conducted on 24 personnel working in the management level of airline companies operating in Turkey. Within the scope of the research, 7 open-ended questions were asked. The questions of the Corporate Social Responsibility Scale created by Türker(2006) and the Internal Customer Satisfaction Scale created by Toksari(2012) were used in the formation of the questions asked. In the study, the survey questions were sent by e-mail, and the participants answered the surveys in the e-mail environment. Content analysis, which is one of the qualitative methods in the questionnaire, was made and all the collected data were analyzed using the Maxqda program. According to all study results, it was concluded that corporate social responsibility projects have a positive effect on internal customer satisfaction.
