Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to find an answer for the question ?What is the contribution of Lifelong Learning Program, to the human resources? in terms of professional social development, foreign language development, employment and recognition of qualifications?. Based on the findings in this research is survey method used. Sample of the research selected via randomly sampling method from Lifelong Learning Program 2008 Year Leonardo da Vinci Mobility Projects? participants, administrators, teachers and students from total 1515 persons, in vocational and technical secondary education. As a data collection tool, a web based survey used in the research. Survey conducted via sending e-mail to the sample population with the assisting of Turkish National Agency and 421 surveys taken for evaluation process. When analyzing the collected data, Kruskal Wallis H-Test and Mann-Whitney U Test has been applied and frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation values have been calculated. According to the results of the research, Lifelong Learning Program?s contribution to the administrator and teachers?; professional development, language improvement and vocational and technical secondary education and stakeholders? cooperation found good level. Program?s contribution to the students?; professional-social development found good level, language improvement found mid-level but employment found very low level. It was come to the conclusion that some problems exist in practice about the certification and recognition of the information, skills and qualifications gathered via program and participation of disabilities and women to the projects.
