Individual, society and state in Hegel's philosophy of history

There has been a radical change in the history of philosophy with Descartes. This change is that the concept of the subject becomes a central notion in the context of all philosophical studies. The main aim of Descartes's Philosophical studies which is to make a complete and accurate definition of the subject concept and to reveal its capacities. The works of Kant and Fichte can also be interpreted as the works put forward in this context. However, by revealing the lack of subject conception that has been put forward until now, Hegel has put forward a new conception of subject with emphasis on historicality on the basis of dialectical thought. These dominant concepts of Hegel's philosophy, although transformed to a certain extent, have had profound effects on contemporary philosophy. These effects can be seen especially in the Hermeneutical tradition and Hans Georg Gadamer. Our study aims to explain the whole process.
