On the geometry of almost Hermitian submersions

This graduate thesis consist of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction section and this chapter contains the history of various topic of submersions particularly Hermitian submersions. The second chapter includes basic concepts, propositions and theorems which are going to be used in other parts. In the third chapter, submersions in particular definitions, properties and examples of submersions and Riemannian submermersions were mentioned. The basics tensors and properties of Riemannian submersions that be used in the construct almost Hermitian submersion were examined. Theorems that be used in the next chapter are stated. In the fourth chapter, almost Hermitian submersions were studied. Almost Hermitian submersions were defined and examples were given. It was focused on properties of this submersions. In addition that quaternionic submersions were studied. The almost quaternionic manifolds were defined. The properties of quaternionic submersions were examined. In the fifth chapter, discussions and conclusions were taken.
