Hemorrhoids Cases; Spinal anesteziaand levobupivakain Comparison of effects of bupivacaine

We aim in this study,patients who apllying hemoroidectomy;the way of intratecal,levobupivacain and bupivacain with adding same dose fentanyl,to compare hemodynamic parameters,effects of sensorial and motor bloc times.This study was planned to do elective operation at ASA 1-2 group,no contrendication for spinal anesthesia,accepted to procedure,male and female,ages of with in 18-65 on 60 cases.During anesthesia and operation was accepted electrocardiography,pulsocsimeter and noninvasive blood pressure with standart monitarisation to all of patiends. To following of monitarisation was performed i.v 0.05 mg/kg midasolam to patiends.Median blood pressure and cardiac pulse speed was registered. Siting position was made to all of patiends for spinal anesthesia. Disinfection was provided with %10 povidion iodine antiseptic solution and closing with sterile hole compress.İn appropriate position,accepted local anesthesia with 2 ml lidocain. Spinal anesthesia was performed with 26 G spinal needle on between L3-L4 space and to given 2 cc total dose content 9 mg levobupivacain or bupivacain and 20 mcg fentanyl. After performing spinal anesthesia, to preparing position and to measure and enroll median blood pressure and cardiac pulse speed sensorial bloc level was ascertained with pinprick test at patiends. Operation was begun at to reach sensorial bloc level on T6.during operation to give 3lt/min. O2 to patients with oxygen mask.At time of sensorial bloc beginning levobupivacain group was longer from bupivacain group.Nausea,disgorgemend,pruritis,respiration,depression,bradicardy,aritmy,convulsion, tremor did not happen at two groups.Surgery comfort was appraised excallent at both of two groups. Following all of term, no obsevation different hemodynamic value between two groups.We was satisfied that; levobupivacain indicate in operation like characteristics bupivacain side of sensation bloc prophile especially dont want to motor bloc is a good alternative to bupivacain.
