This descriptive study was conducted to examine the global future perceptions of nurse educators in the Covid-19 pandemic process. The research population consisted of instructors teaching in nursing departments of state and foundation universities in Istanbul (N= 511). The sample of the research; they were selected by purposeful sampling method and met the inclusion criteria within the scope of the purpose of the research (working in universities that provide education for 10 years or more in Istanbul according to the year of establishment, having at least a master's degree, teaching in nursing departments for at least one year during the Covid-19 pandemic period). giving, willingness to participate in the research) consisted of nurse faculty members working in institutions (n = 160). The study was conducted with a total of 142 nurse educators. Data were collected using "Introductory Information Form" and "Perceived Global Future Scale" and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 28 Program. The mean age of the nurse educators was 40.65±11.46 years and the majority of them were female (95.8%), married (59.2%) and graduated from doctoral programs (61.3%). According to the findings of the study, it was observed that nurse educators' thoughts about future global problems increased with Covid-19 (95.8%), these problems led them to think that the future was not predictable (87.3%), and they thought that the measures taken affected the course of the pandemic (92.3%). Most of the nurse educators (62.7%) stated that they had difficulties in controlling students' attendance during the pandemic. Nurse educators'; the pandemic will affect the future of the nursing profession positively to a great extent (52.8%), robotic applications for the global future will change the future of the nursing profession positively to a great extent (59.2%), and they answered yes to the question about whether they would like to work with a humanoid robot to a great extent (54%, 9), the majority (69.7%) thought that humanoid robots would facilitate their work as their own employees in the workplace, whereas the majority of the participants (47.9%) thought that working with humanoid robots in the workplace would leave people unemployed in the future. When the answers given by the nurse educators regarding the priority problems that will affect the global future were examined; it was found that the item "depletion of water resources and sanitation problem" was preferred at the highest rate (88%). It was determined that the nurse educators' scored 4.25±.39 points from the total Perceived Global Future Scale and their level of perception of the global future was high. When the mean scores of nurse faculty members according to the sub-dimensions of the Perceived Global Future Scale were examined, it was determined that the highest mean score was obtained from the "Future of the environment" sub-dimension and the lowest mean score was obtained from the "Future of biotechnology" sub-dimension. As a result of the research, it was seen that nurse educators' had a high level of awareness about the global future. As a result of the research, it is recommended to increase the global future studies conducted with nurse educators, to increase the awareness of nurse educators about the importance of predictions for future global problems, to increase the research on the global future perceptions of nurse educators who have been working for a long time and to examine the factors affecting their global future perceptions.
