In this study it is aimed to evaluate Electronic Nursing Process created at a University Hospital and to develop the scales to be used to make this assessment. This study has been carried out by 545 nurses which is 89 % of 611 nurses at Blacksea Technical University Farabi Hospital. Used datas were prepared as draft and information forms which contained demographic properties of nurses then they have been gathered by five different scales which their validity and reliability had been provided. These scales are scales of the benefits of electronic applications to the nursing processes scale (BNPS), to patients scale (BPS), to institution and healthcare staff scale (BIHSS), to security of patient-staff scale (BSPSS) and negative approach scale (NAS). According to datas, scores of the nurses are high or a little bit higher than the medium level which are 42,2 ± 7,27 for BNPS, 23,14 ± 5,16 for BPS, 16,72 ± 3,81 for BIHSS, 19,84 ± 3,82 for BSPSS and 21,27 ± 5,12 for NAS. It has been obtained that positions of the nurses, professional working experiences and years in both at hospitals and clinics, structures of their family and the clinic at which they are working effect the scale points of the nurses (p<0.05). According to these results, the nurses who is responsible for the service and quality, the nurses of surgery clinics and the nurses who have higher working years of profession and working years at hospital find the electronic applications more beneficial. As a result, although nurses find the electronic applications useful in general, the nurses who have little working experiences, nuclear family, the ones who is not an executive or quality nurses and the nurses working at clinics of internal diseases take a dim view of these electronic nursing applications.
