Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effect of hydroxyurea derivative Schiff base metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of lipid peroxidation, DPPH radical reduction method and antitumour activity in cell culture media were investigated.In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that level of MDA were statistically unchanged complex of Zn. According to results of studies of the complexes showed high DPPH radical reduction activity.In addition, cell viability experiments show that metal complexes have effective in vitro antitumor activity.Key Word: Schiff Base, MDA, Antitumuor Activity, Antioxidant Activity
