Abstract (EN)

Due to their elastic structure, rubbers have a wide usage area in vibration damping problems. The bushings, which are part of the abandonment of the suspension system, are divided into 3 main categories. While conventional bushes are used as tubular and non-tubular rubbers, the hydraubushes provide damping by means of a fluid therein. Active vibration mounts are more like a shock absorber design and can show different characterization when driven by an external signal. Hydrobushes provide solutions to vibration problems by taking advantage of the properties of fluids when rubber alone cannot show high damping properties. When the design of the hydrobushes is examined, it is known that besides the importance of the rubber formula, the geometry criteria have a significant effect on the test results. In this study, the mechanical properties of the hydrobushes and the parameters affecting these properties were investigated. First of all, the rubber formula is fixed according to static test results. Other parameters were changed and the results were examined from the hydrobushes and the design was optimized.
