Abstract (EN)
This research was carried out to investigate the effect of adding different amounts of protein-rich vetch seeds to triticale seeds under hydroponic system production and the effect of inorganic fertilization on green yield. For this purpose, seed materials and mixing ratios were prepared in four different groups as 100% Triticale (T100), 90% Triticale + 10% Vetch (TF10), 80% Triticale + 20% Vetch (TF20) and 70% Triticale + 30% Vetch (TF30). Each group was divided into two subgroups as fertilized and unfertilized. The nutrient contents were examined in sprouted materials. According to the seed ratio among the groups used in the study, the highest wet weight yield was obtained from the T100 group containing inorganic fertilizers and the lowest yield from the TF20 group without fertilizers. Wet weight gain was observed mostly in all groups using liquid fertilizers. The highest dry matter content was obtained from the T100 group containing inorganic fertilizers. The highest HP content was obtained from the TF30 group containing inorganic fertilizers and the lowest value from the T100 group with inorganic fertilizers. When both groups were examined with and without fertilizers, it was observed that the HP ratio increased with the addition of protein-rich vetch seeds to triticale. According to the HP content of the seeds, this content increased by 14-33,1% in green yields. The HY contents of the crops varied between 1,62% and 2,96% and increased with the inorganic fertilization process. The highest ADF content was obtained from the TF30 group without fertilizers and the lowest content from the fertilized T100 group. NDF contents varied between 22,96 and 26,78%, and when analyzed according to seeds, an increase of 58,9% -90,2% was observed. As a result of the analysis, it was observed that green crops grown with inorganic fertilizers have higher wet weight and HY content than those grown with only irrigation water. It was concluded that the use of nutrient solution during the incubation process increases the production cost and does not have an additional advantage. However, we can say that by mixing vetch seeds up to 30% in addition to triticale seeds, the HP ratio in green yields can be increased and it will be more beneficial in terms of animal nutrition.
