Abstract (EN)
The 'hyperreality' as a postmodern term is particularly relevant to inadequate knowledge of distinguishing from a simulation from its reality in technologically advanced postmodern societies. Hyperreality is seen as a situation in which there is no clear distinction between the real and the fiction perfectly blended with each other, where one ends and the other begins. It enables physical reality to be harmonized with virtual reality and artificial intelligence and also human intelligence. Some famous theorists of hyperrealism / hyperrealism include Jean Baudrillard, Albert Borgmann, Daniel J. Boorstin, Neil Postman and Umberto Eco. Hyperrealism, in the sense of visual art, is a genre of painting and sculpture that resembles a high-resolution photograph. Hyperrealism is regarded as a progression of photorealism by the methods used to create emerging images or sculptures. This term was first used to describe an independent art movement and art style in the United States and Europe, which have developed since the early 1970s. This study examines the development of hyperrealism, revealing the contemporary art movements and their sociology, and examines artists of the movement together with their works. In the last chapter, the study puts forward the effect of Hyperrealist genre on graphic design with the methods used, giving a visual example from IKEA ads.
