Pentateuch Torah sent to loraeli with Moses and the Koran is sent toall people with Muhammed (s.a.v ). Both books have got the rame aim as they servepeople?s happiness in life and last life. They consist of some law orders.They have got many rules about local law areas and also private law areas. Whenwe compare these the Koran is excelent as it keeps its original and it tries to realize itslaw aims. The Koran is the main souroe of Islam Law but Pentateuch Torah has lost thisfeature with is text and interpretation. Both the Koran and Islam law is universal butPentateuch Torah doesn?t claim that is universal.Key Words: Pentateuch Torah, Koran, Law, Local Law, Private Law, Comporison.
