Abstract (EN)
Blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) research has expanded quickly in recent years. For a variety of uses, including cryptocurrency exchange, secure medical data sharing, and food safety monitoring, numerous different Blockchain systems and applications have been implemented. Blockchain platforms, however, are unable to store all the created data. Consequently, data warehouses, also known as a hybrid blockchain platforms, support them. Despite the fact that a number of systems have been implemented using this concept, there is not a current state-of-the-art overview of how to use hybrid blockchain platforms. To research the reasons for using them, the fields in which they were employed, the technologies adopted that made this integration effective, and lastly the difficulties and potential solutions, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study has been conducted as part of this thesis study. The SLR portion of this thesis demonstrates that the three main reasons people choose to use these platforms are security, transparency, and efficiency. The top domains include energy, agriculture, health, construction, manufacturing, and supply chain. The most widely used technologies include telecommunications, edge computing, cloud computing, and fog computing. The study also lists several difficulties. After conducting the SLR study, as a case study, a hybrid blockchain platform that is a restaurant web application integrated with cloud storage and a blockchain network has been designed and implemented. The platform shows how a hybrid blockchain platform in a restaurant cashier system can provide security and data integrity and how data that is not being published to the Blockchain network can be stored in a cloud storage.
