Abstract (EN)
The parables in the Qur'an mainly purpose to bring in good morals and decency and have a huge impact on its readers and listeners, no matter at what cultural level they are.The aim sought to be achieved by parables is to change individuals and societies through divine messages and to upgrade human potentials to the actual perfect location. In this sense, real-life events in the parables offer an exemplary lesson and heroes are presented as the model for human society. Allah said: "Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh)! Verily, he has transgressed." Mûsâ (Moses) said: "O my Lord! Open for me my chest. "And ease my task for me; "And make loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, "That they understand my speech, "And appoint for me a helper from my family, "Harun (Aaron), my brother; "Increase my strength with him, "And let him share my task, "That we may glorify You much, "And remember You much, "Verily! You are of us Ever a Well-Seer." Allah said: "You are granted your request, O Mûsâ (Moses)! (Taha, 20: 24-36) Remembering Allah at the moments of crisis may be closely related to the necessity of a person‟s mental and psychological preparation and fitness through special education; so as to get constantly ready against a possible attack without losing his resistance in the face of events. In addition, this remembrance is ultimately linked to the achievement in crisis management: The success of the speaker is always closely dependent on how much he is concerned with the subject and willing to tell others. Prophet Moses (pbuh), by requesting the assignment of his brother Aaron (pbuh) as a prophet, aimed to set up a kind of crisis management team and the necessary crisis action plan.Namely, a good leader can anticipate any crisis that may arise by overcoming his weaknesses against crisis and creating a crisis team in spite of any hardship. Here the Prophet Moses (pbuh) exactly does the same; that‟s to take measures against crises that may arise in the dialogue with the Pharaoh with a proactive crisis management approach and crisis management team.
