Abstract (EN)

Being Allah's Caliph On Earth, The Dutıes Of Human Beıngs Are Declared Through The Prophets. The duties and responsibilities of the muslim are stated firstly in qur'an, the sunnah and then ijma, qiyas and other acts of shar'iyya. Since it is not something everyone can do to understand the Shari'ah evidence and make a decision, there have always been scholars to guide people. One of these scholars is Ibn Hajar al-Heytemi, who lived in the last period of the Mamluk state and the first period of the Ottomans. Heytami's birth, youth and education took place in Egypt. He is a prolific writer who has written many works. His Works have guided both the period in which he lived and the following periods. He is regarded as one of the most respected and distinguished scholars after Nevevi and Rafii, who are known as she"yhayn in the Shafi'isect. The person of Heytami, who tries to reveal a local part of the fiqh heritage left by the Shafi'i fiqh school, is an exemplary model and a practical guide for scientific maturity and methodological excellence in thisschool. This study is an attempt to reveal the pioneering of a scholar with a strong fiqh aspect in terms of fatwa. In this context, we will examine the method and method of the fatwas given by Heytami to the questions asked. We will discuss what kind of method he followed while answering the questions and which sources he used.
