Abstract (EN)
This work that is named "Knowledge Problem in Ibn Khaldun" consists of two parts excluding "Introduction" and "Conclusion". After stadet briefly of the research's topic, importance, purpose and resources in the work's "Introduction" part, Ibn Khaldun's life has been discussed in four stages as his studentship, the period of his busy with political issues, the copyright period and judges and Professorship period After stadet briefly of the research's topic, importance, purpose and resources in the work's "Introduction" part, Ibn Khaldun's life has been discussed in four stages as his studentship, the period of his busy with political issues, the copyright period and judges and Professorship period. In the first part, we evaluate the subject and the object, and the relationship between them in the process of knowledge's formation. Besides, we deal with mind and self as a source of knowledge in accordance with the opinion of Ibn Khaldun. In the second part, we examine Ibn Khaldun's approach to the possibility and the value of knowledge and we search his new-established umran knowledge and the epistemological approach, as the knowledge's fruit, in obtaining the historical data. In the conclusion part, we express the results of our research within a system. Keywords: Ġbn Haldun, Ġnformation science
