Abstract (EN)
The concept of impossibility is not only a private law but also a concept that deals with administrative law. With in the scope of the work, the concept of impossibility in administrative law has been mentioned. In this study consisting of two parts, firstly explanation about the concept of impossibility was made and then it was tried to determine the field that the concept of impossibility affects. Accordingly, in the first chapter, the concept of impossibility, its types, conditions, similarities and differences regarding the concept of impossibility in private law and administrative law have been compared with some other institutions. In these cond part, the impossibility of administrative actions, especially the impossibility of appearing in the construction and execution of the administrative proceeding, the legal and actual impossibility of retrocession of the administrative judicial decisions have been mentioned.
