Ideological apparatuses as Constitutions in Turkey

Whether the constitutions, which are constructed as the ideological apparatus of thestate, areeffective in thetransformation of social culture has been examined in terms of Turkish constitutional history. In the study, 1876 OttomanConstitution and 1921, 1924, 1961 Turkish Constitutions were discussed. Cultural transformation and the role of law during the periods when there levant constitutions were implemented were investigated on the basis of language, religion, political rights and citizenship. In the research, it is based on the structuralist theory of Althusser's approach to the ideological devices of the state. The study was done theoretically. Books on Turkey's constitutional history, political science and history from books, the minutes of the Council, the court decision has benefited from newspapers and internet sources. The conclusions drawn from the studies of the constitution, history and political science have been evaluated to get her with the findings related to the social structure. Review the route from the official ideology in Turkey Starting from 1923, through the state of the device has been shown to begin shaping the social culture. It was determined that this formulation was carried out by violating the Constitution of 1924 until 1937 and through the ideological and compelling means (especially norm sand courts) of the state with the official ideology principle sadded to the Constitution and the support of the Constitutionafter 1937. Since the time it was made in the 1961 Constitution, official ideology was loaded and the society was tried to be prevented from going out of this ideology by means of guardianship instruments brought by the Constitution.
