Abstract (EN)

The ever-developing technology enables faster and easier access to information on the internet, and the protection of this information has gained importance. By storing data securely in a virtual environment, accessing this data from anywhere via the internet and enabling transactions to be performed has opened the door to a new era in information technology. Cloud computing is a model of providing access to a pool where computer resources that are ready to be used at any time, easily accessible and reconfigurable are shared in a virtual environment. This model has helped the employees to continue their working life not only from the office but also from different places, and the sustainability of the institutions, even during the epidemic period, which is the ordeal of the whole world for many companies. The aim of this study is to use cloud computing technologies in the informatics sector and to select the appropriate cloud computing provider with the MCDM method. For this purpose, 5 expert public, private sector and project managers were surveyed. The AHP method was preferred because it reduces the subjectivity by making the data usable based on the questionnaire and constraints and examining whether these data are consistent or not, and the TOPSIS method because it compares the differences and distances between the projects. With the data analysis, it has provided results that will help companies take the best project investment decision under the constraints they consider important.
