Primary types of applications for the fourth and fifth grade reading Turkish textbook

The majority of students in reading comprehension problem in our country is estimated to be living. For this reason,fromthe first stage ofprimary educationsince theTurkish rightto givethe studentsstudiedthe acquisition ofreadingand comprehension.But thekind ofreadingis used, the methods andtechniques areinadequateanddeficienciesin the applicationare insufficientto resolvethisissueStudents read randomly, to prevent a critical eye to read and soak up a lot as soon as possible in order to provide students need to inform them about the types of reading. The most important tool is the textbooks. How to read a wide variety of textbooks, the type of reading, and therefore highly significant that in the given the chance to adapt to life reading is obtained.In this study,bythe Ministry of Education, prepared anddistributed toschools inthe fourthand fifth gradeprimary schooltextbooksandteacher guidebooksin thetext, studentworkbook,drawing uponqualitative researchin accordance withthe methodaccording tothe textsstudied andthe distribution oftypes ofreadingare shownin the tables.Alsoin these books, among thema generaltypesseparately,compared andused in thereadingshownin the table, the method ofdocument analysisfindingsare interpreted.Typesusedin the process ofreadingthe textstreated intextbookswas foundpartiallyadequate.KeyWords: Turkish Course Books, Reading, Reading Types
