The relation between the level of implementing of information management techniques of manager? of primary schools and the level of schools? being a learning organizaton (Ankara province sample)

The purpose of this research is the evaluation of the relation between the level of implementing of information management techniques of Managers? of Primary Schools and the level of Schools? being a learning organization by the teachers and managers.The research?s sampling is, choosen occasionally from the Ankara?s districts (Altındağ, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Mamak, Sincan and Yenimahalle), in 2009-2010 education year, teachers who work in 20 primary schools and 85 primary schools managers (365 person at total).In the collection of research data, The Techniqe of School Administrator?s of Implementing the Information Management scale Erten (2006), the scale called, Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) (Watkins ve Marsick, 1996) is used in order to determine learning organization characteristics. Information management scale consists of five sub-dimensions, learning organization scale is consists of three sub-dimensions. At the evaluation of survey, SPSS 15.0 program has been used. Front application of data collection instruments that is used in the research, is applied to a group which has sixty eight teachers. The coefficient of Cronbach alfa reliability of the scale of ?The technique of school administrator?s of implementing the information management? scale that has 30 points is founded .98. The coefficient of Cronbach alfa reliability of the scale of ?determining the learning organization characteristics? scale that has 17 points is founded .97. It?s seen that, inside consistency of answers for measuring instruments is high.According to findings that is gathered after research; upon manager and teacher perception,It?s detected that managers? implementing the information management is at high levelThe level of schools? being a learning organization is at a high levelAccording to task type, educational status and priority year variable;There is no meaningful level difference between managers? information management techniques,There isn?t a meaningful difference between the levels of schools being a learning school.There is a meaningful relation in high level between the sub dimensions of managers? information management techniques and sub dimensions of learning organizations?.Managers? information management techniques is a meaningful ?yordayıcı? in medium level of schools? level of being a learning organization.
