Teacher's view on computer lessons in primary schools (Elazığ sample)

The aim of this survey is to focus on teachers? opinions about computerlessons. To get this aim, descriptive method is used. In the survey, 46 questions-including three personal, four open-ended and 39 optional- are built up with theexperts? view.The work universe is formed of computer teachers in 74 primary schools in thecity centre of Elazığ. Sampling is the whole universe. To analyze data?s, frequency,percent and Chi-square are processed using SPSS for Windows 13.0 software. Asthe discoveries of survey, computer teachers are usually pleased of their branchesbut suffering from works out of education as technical operations, insufficiency ofschool possibilities, increasing of lesson duration and disappearing marks on reportcards.As the result of survey, it can be told that Curriculum should be reorganizedaccording to necessities of century.
