Abstract (EN)

The veriables which takes place in learning, teaching circumstances are; teacher, student, program, school, education management, education environment, family and environment. For an effectual class management, teacher is responsible for managing and propsing education. The most effective element of class management is teacher. Who is a leader and a guide for setting up, correcting and improving class relationship order, is a creater of class climate. Teacher must have touse every element of class life and moment on the direction of educative intentions in a well shaped plan. Teacher is a director when we think class as a theater. The necessary things for an effective and materialized class management are; preparing class for education, determininig and adapting class rules with students, preparing and continuing education and provide, expect students for appropiate behaviours. This study is applied on Atatürk Primary School, Çağrıbey Primary School, Koç Private Primary School 6th, 7th, 8th class students and branch teachers in 2006- 2007 Education Year. Teacher?s behaviours has been researched at which level they reflected their behaviours for teachers and students class relationship order and effective class management application in this study. General search model has been used in research. Which takes from two inventories, inquiry scale tool and measure which has been improved by researcher, independent veriables are described with inquiry. To teach-learn process and inside class order scale tool is a two-sectioned likert typed scale. Answers has been done by teacher and students level of participating in statements as ?always?, ?most of the time?, ?time to time?, ?never?.
