Abstract (EN)

Organizational justice is a concept, that seeks the application of just and ethicalprocesses being widespread and encouraged. In other words, in a just organization theattiudes of leaders are evaluated as just, ethical and rational. The perception oforganizational justice is an important factor that affects the employees? organizationalcommitment. The most important ways to apply organizational justice is doing it viadistributive and procedural justice. Distributive justice claims those who are equivalentto be treated equally, and those who are different in the way how much they differ indistributing the outcome. This is a need that equivalent effords should be treated inequivelance.Organizational justice is a concept that refers to the thoughts of the employeesabout how just they had been treated and how these affect other outcomes(organizational commitment, job satisfaction etc.) from the point of that organization. Inan organization the employees thougts about justice is important because it may resultin personal and job satisfaction, and an effectively working organization.It is found out in various researches that if the teachers are not treated ethicallyin the schools result negatively in the teachers? job satisfaction and their perception ofoccupation and self-reliance. Therefore, the concept of organizational justice is aimed tobe researched and the present situation to be presented in this sludy. The primary aim ofthis research is to determine the primary school teachers? wiews of organizationaljustice. The population of the research is formed by 72 primary schools in Elazığdowntown. The sample is fromed by 12 teachers of each 5 primary schools in eacheducational regions of Fırat, Bahçelievler, Harput, Hazar and Karşıyaka, every one ofthem randomly selected.In the study, a survey developed by the researcher formed of 30 questions as ameans of data collection is used.In the analyses of datum statistical methods as freguance, percentage, ?t? testand variance analyses are used.Concluded from the findings about organizational justice, the meaningful resultsregarding sex are in the advantage of female teachers; in terms of experience there areagain meaningful results. Also there are meaningful differences in the comments interms of educational regions.Keywords: Justice, organizational justice.
