The Evaluation of the studies of total quality management in primary schools

For this aim, the view ofteachers, working in primary schools, were taken and it is researched if thereis a meaningful difference between the view of teachers or not.In order to collect the data, a questioneer which has two parts wasprepared. First part is about personel information; second part is about ?TheLevel of TQM Philosophy Settlement?, ?Suitability of TQM School Structure?, ?IfThere is an Upper Support or Not?, ?The TQM System is Established or Not?. Inthis dimession, there is total 52 suggestions.In Elazığ centre (2005-2006 education year), the collecting data ispractised by 375 teachers who are chosen by chance happening method inprimary schools in 5 different education areas.The test of percent, t test, arithmetic average, varyans test were used foranalizing the datas.The evaluation of researches how that we haven?t reached the desirelevel according to the dimensions below: The level of TQM settlement,suitability of TQM school structure, the help of upper support in TQM?s practice,the TQM?s system is established in the schools or not. According to the resultsof this finding, we present the suggestions to the school managers and teachersin order to set TQM system like the desire level in the education institutions.
