The evaluation of enforceable of total quality management principles in primary education schools

Developing international competition in every area rorces associations to find excellence. Inall these investigations total quality management (tqm) is one of the attain points.Tqm targets to provide a whole effect of organisation ; to modernize,to have a constantdevelopment and cicatrization and rivalry power. Tqm has firstly been used in industry andlater on it has been used in banking,health management, assurance, education,etc..Tqm is a management idea that aims to receive customer's (conservator, student, society)expectations about now and then with the help of workers (teachers, students, conservator,management local and central management)In this researc it is tried to obtain the principles of tqm in primary education schools. Thisresearch is included eight chapters as introduction, problem and situation, tqm management,and basic concept, the principles of tqm, related researches, method, findings andinterpretations, solution, discussion and suggestion.This research is limited by primary education school teachers and managers,located in bothsides of istanbul.For statistical analysis, the SPSS sttaic programme is used . The datas are analysed by usingfrequency (f) , arithmetic mean ( x ) standart deviation (sd), t test and variance(anova)analysis. The existence of significant differences between groupes is tested on the p<0,05level.In the seventh chapter of the researc ; the findings about demographic information of teachersand managers and their applications about basic principles of tqm are presented.Among individuals joined the research % 32.3 are educated by inservice training about tqmwhile % 67.2 individuals are not educated, according to their knowledge about tqm , %0.9have no idea whereas % 13.8 have a little information,%56.5 have some information % 23.7have rather information and % 5.2 have a lot of information .We propose that; it is suggested that for more functional education system, teachersand managers should be educated about total quality management.KEYWORDS: total quality management , inservice training, primary educatıon schools
