Primary education school drectors teacher influence behaviours

This work has been done about elementary school headmasters? influence behaviours on teachers, related with managers effectiveness and to make suggestions. Beside this research determines if there is a meaningful difference between school headmasters and teachers vision, indication rate of influence behaviours done by elementary school headmaster according to teachers and if headmasters visions are influenced by their personal charachteristics.The paper is based on elementory school teachers and managers in İstanbul through 2006-2007 academic years 341 teachers and 25 managers are included.In the first section of the survey there is a personal knowledge form of attendants which consist of 9 questions , ın the second part there are 41 questions which try to determine elemantary school headmasters influence behaviours over teachers .The spss program is used to evaluate the survey results applied to the subjects.ın the analysis of data scientific statistics such as frequency (N), percent (%) ,average (X) ,standart deviation (Ss) had been used.T-test analysis is made for gender and function variables .To determine if there is a difference between group variables related to age,working period, current working school period, level, brach one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis is used. The findigs are put into table and interpreted.As a result of data evaluation meaningful relations are handled between elemantary school headmasters inluence behaviours and subjects group opinions.
