Abstract (EN)

With this research, it is aimed to show the views of teachers? for the classicalperformance evaluation which has been using in primary and secondary schools of MEBand The Model of Performance Management in Schools which is in course of practice(performance evaluation with multi-data system) systems.Survey model is used for the research. Universe of research is the 12 primary andsecondary schools? assistant principles and teachers working in the I. Education Zone ofadministrative province Adana?s administrative district Seyhan. Choosing assistantprinciples and teachers of research is made by group sampling. According to the kinds ofschools, sampling group is built by 28 assistant principles and 400 teachers. Prepareteddata gathering questionnaire had been applied on 21 assistant principles and 325 teachers.For data gathering , by the behaviours about performance evaluation a likert typewith five ranking scale data gathering questionnaire is built. The extent validity of researchis asked to an expert and for the constitution validity and reliability of research it has beenpracticed on 47 people which 3 of them was assistant principles has been working inKurttepe Anatolian Vocational High School , Technical High School and Indusrial HighSchool and consistency coefficient (Cronbach Alpha) is found as .81 .According to the results got from the findings of research; teachers and assistantprinciples has been thinking inefficient for the classical performance evaluation system ,but it would be better if the parent evaluation part is not used for the performanceevaluation system with multi-data system.
